shipping
orders are shipped out within 3 business days of your order being placed. you will receive a confirmation of shipment via email or sms once your order has been processed with auspost. once your parcel has been shipped we cannot issue refunds.

we are based in the mornington/mount martha area in southern victoria, australia. we will contact you with the pickup details once your order is ready.
wrong size and change of mind returns
we can exchange products within five days of the customer receiving the order. however, any return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
exchanged/returned items must not be worn and must remain in original packaging. ship the item back in any box or envelope.
once the returned item is received, we will ship out your exchanged item or offer a store credit for the cost of the returned item.
in the case of an exchange, shipping costs for a new package will be covered by smack.

wrong item returns
in the unlikely event that your order either contains the wrong item(s) or defective items, contact us at contact@smackltd.com.au to fix the issue. once it has arrived back to us with an indication of the fault, we'll send out your items and pay the return shipping charges.
international returns and customs
please be aware that different countries have different laws surrounding import taxes. if the country that receives the order applies import taxes on international deliveries, it is your responsibility to comply with the laws and processes that are set in place by that country.
most countries allow the customer 30 days to pick up international deliveries before it is returned to the sender (smack). in this circumstance, the customer can request a full refund minus any costs incurred by smack or they can request their order to be shipped out again, with the addition of a shipping fee.
