the smack comedy show 2026

by Smack Skateboards

how it started:

in october last year, charlie and i held a hot dog eating competition in our front yard. it was very entertaining and it was lots of fun to put together! but because it was at our house, we wanted to limit the amount of people that would come, so we only told everyone about it the day before and it still turned out great!

after the hot dog eating contest we were approached by a friend that does comedy, we had heard he's pretty funny but we'd never actually seen him live. his names rupurt, rupurt had an idea for do another smack event, this time, a comedy show!

we thought it would be a great idea to put on events like this, they're heaps of fun and gives everyone an opportunity to get out and have a good time!

the day of the smack comedy show:

so after a lot of promoting and preparation, it was finally the day of the comedy show. joe and I were feeling pretty prepared for the show, there wasn't really anything we could have done differently, we sold enough tickets and now the pressure was on the comedians to show up and perform.
